Shadinar

A capital of the Elven Kingdom, Shadinar once housed a huge population of Elves, Humans and Orcs, until a great civil war shattered the peace, leaving only the Elves occupying the city. While the royal couple enjoys relative solitude in the Palace adjacent to the city, Shadinar’s three enormous districts house the rest of the Elven population, various shops and taverns, two forts of the Royal Guard and even an art gallery.
